We are a growing residential and commercial exterior construction company specializing in fences, decks, windows, and siding. We're looking for an experienced Lead Fence & Deck Installer who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead a crew in the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and other fencing systems.
- Build composite and wood decks according to plans and manufacturer specifications.
- Read blueprints, site plans, and work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and keep projects on schedule.
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained.
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of fence and/or deck installation experience.
- Previous experience leading a crew is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate layout measurements.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
