Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Carpenter Helper to join our team. This role starts as part-time with the potential to grow into full-time, based on performance and project needs. If you have experience with hand and power tools and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks on job sites
- Load/unload materials and set up tools and equipment
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and directions
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials
- Physically able to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, and reach
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
