Artisan Colour, a premier commercial printer in Scottsdale, AZ, is looking for a small- and large-format printing project manager. This role puts you at the heart of our operations, overseeing small-format, large-format, and vendor projects. You'll be the main contact for our production floor team, turning client visions into stunning printed realities. What You'll Do
- Client Communication Pro: Address inquiries, maintain project momentum, and turn challenges into successes for our customers.
- Quote Expert: Create comprehensive estimates covering every project aspect, from materials to delivery logistics.
- Project Overseer: Guide projects from start to finish. Coordinate with in-house teams and external partners to achieve outstanding results.
- Quality Assurance Specialist: Perform final checks on all work before it leaves our facility. Your attention to detail will uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Production Meeting Contributor: Participate actively in daily team discussions. Come prepared, document key points, and keep our team synchronized.
- Financial Tracker: Handle invoicing, credits, and budget analyses to keep projects financially on target.
Qualifications
- Technology Proficient: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Readiness to master our MIS system (experience with Print IQ is a plus).
- Print Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of small and large format printing processes.
- Detail-Focused: Ability to spot and correct even minor imperfections in project execution.
- Customer Service Expert: Skill in transforming potential issues into positive outcomes for clients.
- Multi-tasker: Capacity to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Experienced Professional: Proven track record in print production management or related fields.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certifications in print production or project management are valuable. We're most interested in your history of bringing print projects to successful completion.
