Outside Sales Representative | Digital Printing

Artisan Colour, a premier commercial printing and marketing fulfillment company in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, your primary objective is to build and own a dedicated book of business by identifying high-potential prospects and cultivating the relationships that drive long-term revenue. We are looking for a proactive hunter who thrives on securing net-new accounts and turning initial wins into lasting partnerships!

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Prospector - Target and engage high-value commercial prospects to uncover business printing needs, utilizing phone, email, and in-person strategies to secure qualified opportunities.

• Account Management - Collaborate with project managers to build accurate estimates in our MIS, securing new business and managing the production lifecycle for your book of business.

• CRM Champion - Utilize HubSpot daily to organize your workflow, track outreach, update account statuses, and keep your pipeline up-to-date.

• Brand Ambassador - Represent Artisan with unquestionable integrity at industry events and conferences to network and uncover new market trends.

• Team Collaborator - Prioritize a friendly, respectful rapport with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• New-business generator with a verifiable track record of self-generating leads and closing net-new commercial print business.

• Print and fulfillment expertise, including experience and knowledge of digital printing, marketing fulfillment, and consultative client solutions.

• Client retention expert with experience in retaining customers through responsiveness, accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and best-in-class customer service.

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with prospects, customers, team members, and/or vendors.
