Position Summary:
As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will nurture and support infants in a safe and stimulating environment, helping them grow through engaging activities and daily music lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Child Care: Provide nurturing care during meal times, diaper changes, and play.
- Curriculum: Collaborate with the team to create and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Documentation: Keep daily records of each child’s development and progress.
- Communication: Maintain positive communication with parents and staff.
- Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, organized classroom by following health protocols.
- Progress Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
