What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Artisan Capital Inc?
At Edible Arrangements we are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! Our delivery drivers are responsible for delivering handcrafted fruit arrangements and other assorted items in a timely, professional manner.
Requirement:
- Valid NJ state driver's license
- Must be able to safely drive and operate a vehicle in accordance to speed limits, traffic signs, etc.
- Smart phone with GPS and data
- Reliable source of Transportation
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Must have availability on weekends and holidays (valentine's day. Easter, mother's day, father's day, thanksgiving, Christmas eve, and new years eve)
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
Responsibilities:
- Accurately delivers products to Guests in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner.
- Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area
- Logs tickets in our delivery app
- Organizes most efficient routes
- notify store and customers/recipients of any issues regarding deliveries
- maintaining vehicle and notifying manager of any necessary maintenance needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline-oriented
