Position Summary
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and on-time delivery of goods. This role manages staff, optimizes workflows, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operation activities
- Ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
- Monitor operation and production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with supply chain teams
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
- Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean or continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and standardize operating procedures
- Drive automation or system improvements where applicable
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
Reporting & Communication
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, HR)
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership

- Fully optimize production workflows and staffing models

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Required to speak and understand Spanish.
Preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
- Experience in high-volume or automated environments
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
