Day to day tasks consist of but aren’t limited to:
- Incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Setting appointments
- Confirming appointments
- Accounts receivable / payable
- Customer service calls
- Scheduling
- Sales development
- Marketing development
Need to have a great attitude, customer service skills, be a “people person”, willing to talk on the phone, be tech savvy, understand new age software and apps, have a willingness to learn and grow!
We have locations in Berlin and Westbrook, Connecticut. Travel may be necessary for this role.
