Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Conduct car washes using professional equipment to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Apply detailing techniques such as buffing, polishing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area through janitorial and custodial tasks to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Assist with light mechanical or custodial tasks as needed to support overall shop operations.
- Provide friendly customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns.
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, buffing techniques, and detailing equipment.
- Ability to operate car wash machinery and basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with window tinting or additional automotive services is a plus.
