Job Summary
To expand the museum visitor experience by offering exceptional customer service for The Baker Museum retail store and Hayes Hall Jewelry Counter. This job is Seasonal- November through March.

Supervises: N/A

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Manage financial transactions, cash count, debit and credit card transactions.
Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked.
Ensure consistent compliance with visual merchandise direction and organization brand guidelines.
Observe safety requirements. Report safety issues and items requiring work orders to Supervisor or Safety & Security.
Work effectively with all Artis-Naples team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Competencies and Core Values
Education/Experience
High school/GED
Two years of retail selling experience.
Highly proficient computer skills with Windows and MS Office
Knowledge of and/or interest in visual and performing arts preferred. Enthusiasm for museum stores and their role in the retail space is a must.
