Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Farm General Manager to oversee the complete operations of a state-of-the-art 50MW Hydro-Cooled Bitcoin Mining Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for total facility performance, hash rate stabilization, infrastructure uptime, and leading our local engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end daily operations of a 50MW Bitmain Hydro-cooling deployment (Antspace / Antminer Hydro series).
- Monitor facility KPIs including Hashrate output, Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), fluid temperatures, and uptime efficiency.
- Oversee on-site engineering, MEP, network, repair center, and security personnel.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for high-voltage transformers, cooling towers, and fluid pumps.
- Report operational status, yield, and infrastructure health directly to executive management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven 5 years of direct experience managing large-scale crypto mining operations (Hydro/Immersion experience strongly preferred).
- Strong background in electrical engineering, industrial cooling systems (HVAC/MEP), or data center management.
- Deep familiarity with Bitmain Hydro hardware, firmware management, and mining pool configurations.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to reside full-time on-site (Private accommodation provided).
