What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Happiness Specialist position at Articulate?
As the Customer Happiness Specialist, you’ll serve on the front lines of support for customers via the E-Learning Heroes (ELH) Community, phone, and live chat to route them through the correct support processes and procedures. The Customer Happiness Specialist will work as a member of the Support Team to provide friendly, empathetic guidance to customers.
