Responsibilities
- Execute monthly bookkeeping tasks to include data entry, account reconciliation, journal entries, and financial report generation
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data within the reporting software
- Maintain organized client account records and documentation
- Generate ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Perform year-end accounting closeout procedures
- Respond to client inquiries promptly with clear, professional communication
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve client service
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks a plus
