Endodontist — Launch & Lead - In House Endo — Salt Lake City Suburb
Own the service line for a tight cluster of thriving GP practices—single home base, immediate volume, full autonomy.
- Schedule: Start 2–4 days/week, ramp to 4 days (Mon–Thu 8–5; flexible)
- Demand: ~85–100 cases/month already in-system; minimal outside commuting
- Setup: 2 private endo ops; group purchases specialty equipment with your input
- Team & Autonomy: Help hire your DA, set protocols (CBCT/isolation, block templates)
- Comp: up to 45% collections, no lab fee deductions, malpractice reimbursed (W-2 or 1099)
- Perks: $10k sign-on, travel reimbursement
- Trajectory: Conservative modeling supports 7–8 pts/day and strong monthly production
- Requirements: Endodontic residency; Utah license (or eligibility). New grads welcome.
