Opportunity consists of:
· Strong ~$1.06M production practice with loyal patients who retain ~70% of second-opinion cases.
· Major growth opportunity: Bring endo & implant placement in-house (currently referred out 1 /week).
· Clear partnership/ownership track - doctor-friendly model with sweat equity and buy-in options.
· Strong comp: $1k/day guarantee first 6 months 30/35% collections. $350k–$420k Year 1, ramping to $500k as partner.
· Excellent work-life balance: Mon–Wed 8:30–5, Thu short day (often out early).
· No weekends or on-call.
· Support Staff: “family” team culture with tenures (13–25 years) who genuinely support each other.
· 30–35 patients/day across multiple opts
· Modern tech foundation (Trios scanner, panoramic, Dental Intel) in a charming historic building.
· Primarily fee-for-service practice
