Hardware Logistics & Inventory Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Hardware Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our AV (Autonomous Vehicle) hardware operations. In this role, you will manage the flow of high-value hardware through our primary receiving hub, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient outbound fulfillment, and seamless coordination with assembly and engineering teams.
You will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain moving by receiving shipments, maintaining inventory records, preparing outbound orders, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, unbox, label, and scan incoming hardware shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Inventory Management System (IMS/ERP).
- Ensure all inventory transactions are completed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Track serial numbers and maintain full hardware traceability.
Outbound Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and prepare components for shipment to third-party assembly partners.
- Verify Bill of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and shipment contents before dispatch.
- Coordinate outbound logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment.
- Manage storage locations and optimize inventory organization.
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle audits.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes for defective or returned parts.
Cross-Site Support
- Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse and R&D locations.
- Fulfill urgent hardware requests from engineering teams.
- Occasionally transport critical components between sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or fulfillment.
- Experience using inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or barcode scanning tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Forklift certification or experience operating pallet jacks/forklifts preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

- Experience handling high-value or technical hardware.
- Familiarity with BOM tracking and serial number management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable supporting both warehouse and engineering operations.
