Must Haves:
- Experienced in configuring ServiceNow modules, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Level Management, and Knowledge Management
- Skilled in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
