Must-Have Skills:
- 7 years of leadership experience managing and scaling CTRM consulting teams
- Proven success leading complex consulting engagements and overseeing CTRM implementation or transformation projects
- Strong business development experience including prospecting, relationship management, proposal development, and closing enterprise deals
Nice to Have Skills:
- Deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office trading operations
- Experience advising clients on risk management, process optimization, and operational transformation
