Must-Have Skills:

• Experience conducting Ethics & Compliance program assessments for large multinational organizations, including evaluations aligned with DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (ECCP) guidance.
• Strong expertise in compliance program design, effectiveness assessments, regulatory compliance governance.
• Experience assessing compliance programs across global, multi-jurisdictional environments within technology, marketplace.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CCEP-I, CFE, CIA, or a Juris Doctor (JD).
• Experience supporting enterprise compliance transformation and regulatory risk management initiatives.
