Must-Have Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
- Strong understanding of business processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
