Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, payment operations, accounting, finance analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including developing and maintaining automated SQL-based reporting solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analyzing large transactional datasets.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with card network reconciliation and settlement (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), including clearing and settlement file processing.
- Knowledge of payment rails (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP/FedNow) and the payments ecosystem.
