Must-Have Skills:
- End-to-end experience across the full SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, SQL, object-oriented design, web services, and integration with relational databases.
- Proven experience in system and integration testing, test planning, defect management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with WebSphere, Oracle stored procedures, and data migration or transformation.
- Prior exposure to HHSC systems or similar government platforms.
