Must-Have Skills:
- 8 years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and management across business, functional, technical.
- Strong experience conducting current-state/future-state assessments, gap analysis, impact analysis, process modeling, and maintaining end-to-end requirements
- Proven ability to support complex IT initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting legacy modernization, enterprise transformation, Medicaid or public-sector programs, and application/infrastructure implementation projects.
- Familiarity with APIs, data warehouses, reporting modernization, Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF), DIR processes, or certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA.
