Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience as a business data analyst in IT, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to solve complex, data-driven business problems.
- Experience designing and optimizing data workflows and management processes using modeling/mapping tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries, BRDs, mapping specifications).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing multiple data projects, working knowledge of SNAP/Medicaid/TANF eligibility rules, policy interpretation, and facilitating JAD sessions.
