Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Progress Corticon, including rule modeling, vocabulary setup, rule flows, and service containers.
- Strong .NET/C# skills with the ability to build and consume REST/SOAP services, plus solid understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, and integration patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum).
Experience working with public sector eligibility systems and Corticon 6.x, including rule engine optimization and deployment best practices.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git branching strategies, microservices integration.
