Candidates must be currently licensed in Minnesota and possess a strong work ethic with excellent communication and writing skills. We are specifically seeking candidates who can step in and manage Minnesota workers’ compensation cases independently with confidence and sound judgment. Candidates with at least one year of workers’ compensation experience is preferred. For the right candidate, this position will provide the opportunity for rapid business development and career advancement.
Our firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and is dedicated to creating a collegial, diverse workplace. Expected base salary is $90,000 or more, depending on experience and qualifications. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual performance-based bonus program that includes tiered bonuses for billable hours exceeding 1,700 and the opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus based on significant contributions to the firm.
