Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to clients on Arthrosurface products. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, demonstrating product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and supporting the development and execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
