Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a motivated medical receptionist onto our team!
As Care Coordinator II, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients are well served and enjoy a long-term relationship with our practice. You will act as a liaison between the Revenue Cycle Center and the patients in our practice. The target is to work with our patients to ensure that they receive the treatment they need.

Responsibilities
- Generate estimated patient financial responsibility
- Converse with patients regarding coverage and benefits
- Collect initial patient portion of finance responsibility
- Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
- Schedule treatments
- Coordinate patient care
- Properly route patient inquiries
- Reconcile collections
- Ensure administrative data collection accuracy
- Friendly
- Proven working experience as a medical secretary
- Knowledge of medical office management systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Medical receptionist experience
- Knowledge of medical insurance benefits & coverage
