PCs, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook, plus any additional communications equipment as needed. Proficiency in electronic health records systems. Ability to manage system upgrades, workflow improvements and facility expansions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs retention-focused hiring practices and on-going staff development.
- Serves as administrator and supervisor to all medical center staff for personnel matters and supports medical director in clinical supervision of practitioners.
- Conducts counseling/corrective actions and annual performance evaluations.
- Coordinates master staff schedules to include vacations and clinic rotations.
- Holds regularly documented staff meetings to effectively communicate initiatives, training and corporate goals.
- Serves as the point of contact for vendors and contractors.
- Assures that patient rights to privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained.
- Collaborates with practitioners and other staff to ensure directives, SOPs and other objectives are clearly communicated and followed.
- Supports and encourages all corporate health and wellness initiatives.
- Position requires frequent travel to clinics around the United States.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- Position requires five or more years of related experience in medical office management, or clinical settings.
- Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with staff which includes coordinating clinical workflows, patient scheduling and care coordination.
