Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment during events, studio productions, and tradeshow exhibits
- Selects and coordinates technical equipment rental and labor used during off-site events or video productions
- Maintains a positive relationship with meeting hosts and planners through effective communication
- Monitors events and checks in on them throughout the day
- Meets with meeting requestors on-site to ensure their needs are met and equipment is set up and working correctly.
- Responsible for the routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Responsible for level one user support and troubleshooting for all the audio-visual equipment in the meeting and conference rooms around the Arthrex campus as well as off-site labs
- Some travel is required for select offsite events and tradeshow exhibits.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of related experience or Associates Degree and 2 years of related experience required
- Certifications: Dante Level 1, 2 & 3
- Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles.
- In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
