Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Bottling Machine Operator / Production Warehouse Associate to join our small team. In this key role, you’ll operate our bottling equipment and play an essential part in the daily production of our high-quality 5-gallon bottled water. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the automated bottling machine to fill, cap, and prepare 5-gallon bottles
- Perform quality checks to ensure every bottle meets our high standards for cleanliness and fill levels
- Assist with production line setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance of equipment
- Load and unload bottles, pallets, and supplies in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following food-safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with the small team to meet daily production goals
- Help with other warehouse tasks as needed (receiving, inventory, loading delivery trucks, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating machinery or working in a production/warehouse environment is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right motivated person
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small-team setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
