Overview
This role oversees financial services through managing objectives and policies regarding revenue, expense, and profit goals. You'll prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor adherence to a financial plan. You'll also identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements and manage the month end accounting close process.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required. Strong excel and financial management software skills are essential.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. Overview

How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead the day-to-day financial management of Risk International (RI) with RI CFO oversight
- Month end close duties includes supporting the revenue recognition & deferred revenue process, revenue/invoicing hourly clients, monthly accrual entries, variance analysis & feedback of monthly results
- Own and enhance Risk International financial reporting capabilities.
- Enhance the annual budget, allowing for efficient, working with the Risk CFO to develop
- Create a rolling 12-month forward revenue, allowing forecasts for headcount needs, leading to a forward looking income statement
- Liaison directly with business leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, & make informed decisions
- Provide the Risk International leadership team with increased financial oversight and budget support.
- Reports financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
- Provide support to business, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management, Sales, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
- Create financial decision support for management.
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
