Artex Kitchen Design Inc., a custom cabinetry and kitchen design company specializing in high-end residential projects, is seeking a responsible and organized professional to help manage ongoing projects and support daily shop operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate projects from design through production.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Manage and track ongoing cabinetry projects to ensure schedules, specifications, and deadlines are met.
Production Support:
Work closely with the shop team to monitor production progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards.
Drafting & Design Review:
Prepare or review shop drawings and project documentation using drafting/design software.
Communication:
Coordinate with designers, shop staff, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly.
Organization & Planning:
Assist with scheduling, materials tracking, and maintaining organized project documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-end cabinetry, millwork, or construction-related projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Mozaik, SketchUp or Cabinet Vision software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
