You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping operations humming across hundreds of accounts and dozens of daily orders.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a big impact, enjoys working independently, and has excellent communication and follow-through skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Email Management: Monitor and respond to email inquiries on behalf of the contractor; file and organize inbox communications.
· Order Processing: Oversee sales and purchase order workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion.
· Vendor & Customer Coordination: Submit POs to vendors, create and manage SOs, confirm shipping details, and track customer payments in collaboration with Artex’s A/R team.
· Internal Liaison: Act as the communication bridge between the contractor and other Artex employees to ensure alignment and problem-solving for key accounts.
What You Bring:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, professional, and friendly.
· Exceptional organizational abilities—able to juggle 100 tasks and keep nothing from falling through the cracks.
· Experience in administrative, operations, or sales support roles (industry-specific experience in custom patches is a plus but not required).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· A proactive mindset, quick learning ability, and confidence in making decisions with limited oversight.
Other Details:
- This is a full-time position paid and managed directly by the contractor (not Artex Group).
- You must be available for in-person onboarding/training for approximately 2 months.
- While emergencies are rare, responsiveness outside standard hours may occasionally be necessary.
- You’ll be part of a high-performing operation, and your efforts will directly support a substantial portion of Artex’s total revenue.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
