As an Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse. You will help us achieve proper inventory control through cycle counts, audits, proper processing of returned merchandise, and by maintaining accurate inventory records. In this role, you will be empowered to improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of your performance and contribution to the team.
This job might be for you if:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory adjustments, and system transactions.
- Receive, inspect, evaluate, and process returned merchandise in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Outlet, Showroom, and Customer Experience teams to maintain inventory accuracy and identify trends impacting inventory performance.
- Support inventory control initiatives and recommend process improvements that reduce errors, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in line with 5S.
- Track personal performance metrics and take ownership of meeting or exceeding daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and peers to support a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, or return operations (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable using inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds, grasp, bend, stand, and walk throughout a non-climate-controlled warehouse for extended periods of time.
- Able to safely operate PIT equipment as needed for the task at hand (forklift).
