This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Sales Coordinator will manage orders, engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, provide accurate and timely support, and collaborate with teams to meet sales goals. Daily responsibilities include order processing, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Inside Sales and a strong understanding of sales processes
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Order Processing and managing accurate records
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
