Artemisia Acupuncture Apothecary is expanding and in need of the support of a dedicated team member, interested in personal and professional expansion.

The Opportunity:

*Must be comfortable seeing 3 patients per hour*

Hourly Rate Based on Patient Load

25 hours a week

Paid Training

*Must be able to work Monday, Thursday and Sunday*

(More hours are possible if preferred and in demand!)

Your Role:

You are already a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California

You have a minimum of 3 years of licensed experience treating patients

You are comfortable and relaxed seeing 3 patients per hour

Performing thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs

You can work well under pressure, maintain composure and run on time

You know how to multitask and prioritize multiple concerns at once

You are comfortable with implementing robust, multi-faceted treatment plans to help your patients reach health goals

Have a deep understanding of women's health "medical" diagnoses and can translate those into traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative medicine thinking

You have experience treating musculoskeletal disorders and pain

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Gentle and timely in administering acupuncture treatments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Educate patients about their condition and their role in their healing

Stay informed about current research and advancements in acupuncture

Easily contribute to and maintain a welcoming, generous and collaborative team spirit
