About the Opportunity
Join a nationally recognized medical center and lead one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the region. As the Emergency Room Nurse Manager, you’ll provide operational and clinical leadership for a high-volume, 64-bed ED that handles more than 63,000 annual visits.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, evaluations, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the ED Director to maintain budget compliance and optimize resource utilization.
- Uphold regulatory standards and ensure readiness for trauma, cardiac, and emergency protocols.
- Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and advocate for staff and patients.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in patient satisfaction, workflow, and outcomes.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER leadership experience (Charge RN or Manager level).
- Active RN license (Missouri or Compact state).
- Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS within 90 days.
- TNCC and ENPC certifications within 1 year of hire.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
