Position Overview:

Artemis is seeking an experienced Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects across multiple locations in various states. This role requires extensive travel and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Travel frequently to job sites to oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines and resolve any challenges.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Monitor budgets, material orders, and labor costs to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Train and mentor field staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years in construction supervision, superintendent, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site as needed.
• Certifications: OSHA certification preferred; ability to obtain if not already certified.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and blueprints.

• Competitive salary $70,000-$90,000yr based on experience
• Travel allowances for food per diem of $50 per day
