About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operations of our managed communities. This includes conducting routine inspections and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and ensuring compliance with Florida Department of Health Pool & Spa regulations.
A certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification is highly desirable but not required.
