What you’ll do:
- Provide timely and clear technical support to our clients and internal teams via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Document common problems and resolutions to improve our support resources
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to escalate complex issues
- Help onboard new users and assist with system setups and updates
Who you are:
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
- Strong communicator who can explain tech concepts in simple terms
- Detail-oriented and patient, especially when assisting frustrated users
- Experienced with Windows, macOS, and common productivity software
- Previous technical support or help desk experience is a big plus
