We are seeking an experienced consultant to support one of our clients, a leading global technology company, in the development of a scalable M&A playbook for the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) Risk & Compliance team. As our client's M&A strategy evolves, the organization requires structured frameworks to manage contingent workforce risks while maintaining compliance and operational scalability. This is a niche intersection of M&A advisory and contingent workforce compliance.
This engagement will codify internal expertise and establish standardized processes to guide future M&A transactions involving extended workforces.
Engagement Objective
