- Quality Assurance Leadership
- Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
- Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Offshore Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams.
- Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback.
- Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.
- Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress).
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams"
