JDE Developer Support Analyst

Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8-10 years of experience in Oracle JDE World - Product Configuration (Functional) and SCM - Sales Order Management
• Experience with IBM i (iSeriesAS400), JDE Worldsoft, JDE OMS
• Strong proficiency in SQL on AS400, CLLE, RPGLE, and SQLRPGLE Programming
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working with tools like JIRA
  
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow (Help Desk Support)
• Experience with Clarity (Project Management tool, Time reporting)
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Iterative, Agile
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide production support for JDE applications and resolve issues as per the agreed SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes, documenting solutions for the knowledge base
• Monitor alerts in PROD Critical Alert Escalation and manage incidents reported by customers
• Support daily/weekly/monthly scheduled reports/dashboards and change management outage maintenance window
• Analyze requirements and develop technical design documents, including flowcharts and pseudo code
• Develop and modify code, participate in project team meetings, and lead test plan walk-throughs
