What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust Associate at New Castle, DE position at Artech LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Associate to join our team in Delaware on a hybrid basis, working three days onsite. This is a 12-month position focused on the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions, including but not limited to Aviation loan facilities and Aircraft Securitizations.
- Support transaction managers in managing high-volume activities such as New Loan Draws, Funding, Amortization, Prepayments, Interest Payments, Commitment Fees, and Amendments to Credit and Security Agreements.
- Manage Lender Waiver Requests and maintain ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Operations, and Transaction Managers on both new and existing facilities.
- Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain.
- Support the distribution of relevant rate reset notices.
- Assist Transaction Managers in completing internal projects related to their transactions and to clients.
- Manage document custody requests and releases.
- Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.
- Adhere to Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing, and deal maintenance.
- Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
- Demonstrate consideration for the bank's reputation and safeguard the bank, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
