Introduction
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused professional with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. This individual will leverage data to analyze complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience.
- Must have Jira experience, including Jira automation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
- Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry is preferred but not required.
- Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design queries and analytical models that quantitatively measure business performance.
- Translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard specifications.
- Deliver scalable analytics solutions using Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
- Typical Hybrid Schedule with location in Beaverton, OR.
- Opportunity for contract extension beyond May 1st.
