Data and Analytics - Data Analyst 4

Introduction

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused professional with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. This individual will leverage data to analyze complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience.
• Must have Jira experience, including Jira automation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
• Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Confluence.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry is preferred but not required.
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
• Develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design queries and analytical models that quantitatively measure business performance.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard specifications.
• Deliver scalable analytics solutions using Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
