Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Minimum of 8 years in software/solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI
- Proficiency with LLMs, embeddings, and vector search technologies such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Elastic Search
- Strong skills in Python, particularly with FastAPI and LangChain
- Experience in GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOps
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Experience collaborating with diverse partners and stakeholders across various lines of business
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze problems, identify issues, and provide solutions
- Ability to navigate enterprise data assets across multiple functions
- Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing and balancing multiple efforts in a fast-paced environment
- Design and implement enterprise Generative AI solutions for document classification, data extraction, and QA over large document sets
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, and rerankers
- Partner with infrastructure teams to deploy solutions on GPU clusters (vLLM, Triton)
- Drive model risk management including explainability, audit trails, and evaluation pipelines
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver safe, scalable AI solutions
