Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home kitchen consultations.
- Measure kitchens and evaluate layout possibilities.
- Design and present cabinetry, countertop, hardware, and accessory solutions.
- Prepare "Good, Better, Best" proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Present financing options through Acorn Finance and Enhancify.
- Close sales during the appointment or within 48 hours.
- Maintain detailed customer records using Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with the BDC team regarding appointments and follow-up.
- Generate referrals for additional services, including:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Basement renovations
- General construction
- Countertops and stone fabrication
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- 2 years of kitchen cabinet, kitchen design, or remodeling sales experience.
- 2 years of high-ticket sales experience.
- Experience conducting in-home consultations.
- Proven ability to close large sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
This is a commission-only sales position with outstanding income potential.
Compensation Includes
- 25% commission on Net Profit for every kitchen sale.
- $200 retroactive bonus per kitchen after closing 10 kitchens.
- Example: Close 10 kitchens and receive an additional $2,000 bonus.
- 10% commission on Net Profit from cross-company referrals, including:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Basement renovations
- Home additions
- Countertop and stone projects
No cap on earnings. Top performers have the opportunity to build a six-figure income.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule based on customer appointments.
- Begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
- Evening and weekend availability is helpful.
