Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Shop Fabricator who takes pride in producing top-quality work with every project. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure correct fabrication.
- Operate shop tools and fabrication equipment (saws, brakes, shears, grinders, etc.) with a focus on accuracy and repeatability.
- Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, or Stick welding with clean, consistent results.
- Carefully measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials to exacting tolerances.
- Inspect all work throughout the fabrication process for fit, finish, and structural integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your workstation to support safety and quality control.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify issues early and uphold our quality promise.
- 2 years of fabrication or welding experience in a quality-focused environment.
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering clean, accurate welds and well-fitted assemblies.
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistent workmanship.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
- CNC router or architectural panel fabrication experience.
- Forklift operation certification.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methods and shop inspection tools.
